1. Overview
These Terms of Participation govern your application, selection, and participation in the Auzik Global Summit and international business delegation programs (“Program”), organized by Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. By applying or participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Application & Selection
Participation is strictly application-based and subject to approval.
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to accept, shortlist, or reject any application without assigning reasons, based on relevance, capacity, compliance, and overall alignment.
3. Participation Confirmation
Participation is confirmed only upon:
- Written approval from Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd.
- Completion of all required documentation
- Full payment of applicable fees
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke participation at any stage if any information provided is found to be incorrect, misleading, or incomplete.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All participation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Visa rejection or delays
- Travel disruptions or cancellations
- Personal reasons or inability to attend
- Non-compliance with program requirements
Exception (at sole discretion):
In exceptional cases, Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund. Any such refund, if granted, shall be after deduction of all incurred and committed expenses, including but not limited to administrative, processing, partner, and logistical costs. The decision of Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. in this regard shall be final and binding.
5. Travel, Visa & Immigration Compliance
Participation in the Program is subject to visa approval.
Participants are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel permissions
- Complying with all immigration and legal requirements of the host country
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. may provide supporting documents but does not guarantee visa approval.
Participants must:
- Enter and exit the host country within the approved travel period
- Strictly comply with visa conditions and local laws
Any overstay, violation, or misuse of visa shall be the sole responsibility of the participant, and Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or reputational consequences.
6. Travel, Health & Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree that:
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or decisions by embassies or authorities
- Participants are responsible for the safety of their passport, visa, personal belongings, and documents at all times
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of personal property or documents
- Participants are responsible for their health, medical condition, insurance, and fitness to travel
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any medical issues, injuries, emergencies, or health-related incidents
- All costs arising from medical treatment, emergencies, travel disruptions, or personal incidents shall be borne entirely by the participant
7. Conduct, Misbehaviour & Restrictions
Participants represent their organization and must maintain professional and lawful conduct at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of misbehaviour, misconduct, or disruptive actions
- Any illegal activity under Indian or international law
- Any political involvement, political promotion, or advocacy during the Program
- Any action that may harm the reputation of the delegation, host country, partners, or Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd.
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Deny or revoke participation
- Remove any participant from the Program without refund
- Report violations to relevant authorities where required
8. Third-Party Disclaimer (Sponsors, Partners & Participants)
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. collaborates with sponsors, partner organizations, and independent participants.
However:
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible or liable for the actions, representations, commitments, or conduct of any sponsors, partner brands, or participants
- Any interactions, agreements, or engagements are undertaken at the participant’s own risk
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising from such interactions
9. Business Engagement Disclaimer
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. facilitates introductions, meetings, and networking opportunities.
However:
- No guarantee is made regarding business deals, partnerships, or outcomes
- All decisions and agreements are independent between parties
10. Liability & Indemnity
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator of the delegation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including business loss, travel disruption, or personal injury
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal consequences arising from:
- Their conduct or misbehaviour
- Travel, visa, or immigration issues
- Health or medical conditions
- Third-party interactions
11. Program Changes
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, meetings, or Program structure due to operational, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances, without liability.
12. Force Majeure
Auzik Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government actions, visa restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or geopolitical situations.
13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
14. Acceptance
By applying, registering, or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Participation.
